Sarah Voels, PhD, is the Director of Vogel Library and College Librarian at Wartburg College (Waverly, IA). She has spent a significant amount of her career in public and academic libraries and her book Auditing Diversity in Library Collections was published in 2022. Since then, she has continued her research in representation and librarianship.
